What we are looking for:

We are seeking qualified and experienced CARPENTERS with the attitude and aptitude to make a positive addition to our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in commercial construction practices and capable of reading blueprints, performing framing, installing doors, hardware, drywall, and other finishes. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. 

The following skills are necessary:

• Proficient in fitting and installing structures or fixtures, such as windows, window frames, doors, door frames, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and construction methods.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Apply shop mathematics to solve problems. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
  within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Has understanding of metal stud work.
• Ability to hang and finish drywall.
• Ability to layout and install ceiling grid.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus.
• Must speak and understand English to effectively communicate with team members, promote and implement Marker and OSHA safety instructions, and complete job-related tasks.
