What we’re looking for:

Marker is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Proposal Coordinator to support the development of high-quality proposals and business development materials that help win new work. This role blends strong writing skills, organization, and design awareness to produce compelling, compliant, and visually engaging submissions.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full proposal lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, SF-330, and AIA A305 submissions
• Develop clear, persuasive, client-focused content from technical information
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and project teams to support pursuit strategies
• Maintain proposal content libraries and CRM systems tracking submissions and results
• Create presentations and marketing collateral aligned with brand standards
• Coordinate with consultants and collect client feedback, references, and testimonials
• Track proposal metrics and prepare win/loss analysis reports

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or marketing (A/E/C industry preferred)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
